Bookings & Cancellation Policy

Please be considerate of others and provide at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We do strive to see every client as close to their appointment time as possible, so we ask that you be courteous and let the clinic know by calling us if you think you will be late.

If you do arrive 10-15 minutes late without informing us, you may be asked to reschedule unless the technician’s schedule and room availability can still accommodate you.

If you do not arrive for your appointment at all and do not inform us beforehand, a ‘No-Show’ fee of $55 will be deducted from your account, or we may at our discretion deduct a treatment from your package.

Single Treatments

Single treatments require an upfront $55 deposit to secure the appointment time requested. This deposit will be used towards the cost of the treatment on the day, or in the case of failure to provide 48 hours notice to cancel or move the appointment, the deposit will be forfeited.

Pre-Paid Treatments

A pre paid treatment may be forfeited if less than 48 hours or no notice is provided to cancel or reschedule an appointment. We strongly encourage you to provide as much notice as possible to avoid inconveniencing our other clients and staff. Image by Laser will send you an SMS reminder regarding your appointment date and time prior to your treatment.

Purchase and redemption of treatments

Treatments/services are not transferrable to other individuals.
Treatments are not transferrable to other services or for skincare products.
Pre-paid treatments are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase (including pregnancy).
Pre-paid and completed services or purchased products are not eligible for refund except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
