Refunds

Image by Laser has a no refunds policy. Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. Treatments are not transferable between individuals. Refunds will be provided where required under the Australian Consumer Law.

Bookings & Cancellation Policy

If you are a new or established client and you arrive 5-10 minutes late or more to your appointment you will likely be asked to reschedule unless the technician’s schedule and room availability can still accommodate you.

We strive to see every client as close to their appointment time as possible. We ask that you please be courteous of letting the clinic know by giving us a phone call if you are aware that you will be late so that we can possibly move the schedule to accommodate the lateness. The technicians, staff, as well as your fellow clients will thank you.

Single Treatments

Single treatments require an upfront $55 deposit to secure the appointment time requested. This deposit is used towards the cost of the treatment on the day, or in the case of failure to provide 48 hours notice to cancel or move the appointment, the deposit will be forfeited.

Pre-Paid Treatments

A pre paid treatment will be forfeited if less than 48 hours or no notice is provided to cancel or reschedule an appointment. We strongly encourage providing as much notice as possible to avoid inconveniencing our other clients and staff. Image by Laser will provide you with an SMS reminder regarding your appointment date and time prior to your treatment.
